A wooded path...is there anything more blissful? This is the forest path near our home. My girl takes Zoe and me there as often as possible. We walk in it and pretend it is a magical forbidden forest filled with fairies (forgive the alliteration), trolls, and other beasts. It is so cool and calm in the forest. I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but the trees are thick and in the summer form a green leafy canopy so that you cannot see the sky.

Sometimes I get to be off the leash in the very early mornings when there is sure to be no one around. But Zoe gets quite distressed because she is too young and unruly to be off the leash. She cries and whines and makes a big fuss. There are wonderful little brooks and streams that run through that are filled with amazing smells. It is almost a sensoryoverload. Here is a picture of Zoe and me smelling such a treasure.

We went to the dog park. No rides. Several other dogs though. I spent most of my time keeping an eye on Zoe making sure she was not getting into trouble. I will post pictures of that adventure later.

Your picture of the purple wooded magical forest is beautiful? Do you have the original digital picture? My momma says she thinks it would make a beautiful computer background image and was wondering if you could send it to her.
